D\u00e9bora Guerra elevaron una denuncia en representaci\u00f3n de la municipalidad de Ituzaing\u00f3 en atenci\u00f3n a los delitos de da\u00f1os que sufri\u00f3 parte del patrimonio ecol\u00f3gico municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La comuna present\u00f3 como particular damnificado por la tala ilegal de 11 ejemplares de Aguaribay, que estaban ubicados a la altura de la calle los Reseros en Parque Leloir, sobre colectora de autopista del Oeste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-light-green-cyan-background-color has-background\"><strong>La presentaci\u00f3n judicial argumenta que la \u201cbrutal mutilaci\u00f3n y tala\u201d de estos once ejemplares \u201cprovoca un incalculable da\u00f1o al patrimonio ecol\u00f3gico de Ituzaing\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex derecho de todo habitante a gozar de un medio ambiente sano, lo que hace a la salud y calidad de vida\u201d, se reafirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Y si bien se destac\u00f3 la importancia de la actividad comercial, industrial y productiva dentro del distrito, se remarc\u00f3 que \u201ccada desarrollo industrial y comercial debe responder al concepto sustentable en el sentido que, la evoluci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que implica, no termine afectando el derecho a la salud y calidad de vida de las personas\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"is-layout-flex wp-container-6
