Se encuentran abiertas las inscripciones al Curso de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos, que se dictar\u00e1 el 19 y 21 de marzo, de 8:30 a 13hs, en el Polideportivo La Torcaza (Brandsen y Pringles). La capacitaci\u00f3n es llevada adelante por el Gobierno Municipal junto al Ministerio de Desarrollo Agrario de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El curso est\u00e1 dirigido a microemprendedores y trabajadores que, por su actividad, est\u00e9n en contacto directo con alimentos en las etapas de preparaci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n, envasado, almacenamiento, transporte o distribuci\u00f3n para que su manipulaci\u00f3n sea segura e higi\u00e9nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los vecinos que completen la capacitaci\u00f3n, podr\u00e1n obtener el Carnet Oficial de Manipulador de Alimentos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires seg\u00fan el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino, obligatorio para todas las personas que realicen actividades que requieran estar en contacto con alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
