Hoy 6 de abril se realizar\u00e1 la 5ta Fiesta Regional de la Berenjena en Escabeche en Mor\u00f3n sur. El evento ser\u00e1 en el Espacio de Agroecolog\u00eda Urbana municipal (Stevenson y Callao, Mor\u00f3n sur) desde las 13hs con inscripci\u00f3n libre y gratuita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La fiesta consiste en la degustaci\u00f3n y puntuaci\u00f3n de los distintos tipos de berenjena en escabeche que inscriban en la competencia. Para ser parte del jurado no hace falta inscripci\u00f3n previa, solo participar de la celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como en cada edici\u00f3n, las y los competidores expondr\u00e1n sus berenjenas con a impronta propia. Al final de la jornada se realizar\u00e1 la premiaci\u00f3n de los mejores recetas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, la jornada contar\u00e1 con m\u00fasica en vivo, radio abierta, feria ambiental y diversas actividades al aire libre para el disfrute de la comunidad.
