El objetivo fue concientizar sobre la condici\u00f3n cel\u00edaca y la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable con productos sin TACC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la jornada, se prepararon distintas recetas con productos aptos para el consumo y se realizaron degustaciones de preparaciones, que fueron realizadas por la Chef Zulema S\u00e1nchez. Adem\u00e1s, se entreg\u00f3 folleter\u00eda explicativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El taller de celiaqu\u00eda es coordinado por la Direcci\u00f3n de Salud, a cargo de la Sra.
