La magistrada orden\u00f3 hoy \u201cla suspensi\u00f3n de los efectos de la Resoluci\u00f3n 267\/2024 dictada por la Secretar\u00eda de Comercio e Industria de la Naci\u00f3n como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 708\/2024 dictada por el Ente Nacional Regulador de la Electricidad\u201d. Esas medidas, impulsadas por el Gobierno de Javier Milei, prohib\u00edan a las empresas distribuidoras de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica incluir en sus facturas el costo de la iluminaci\u00f3n de calles, parques, paseos y edificios municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con la resoluci\u00f3n interina de la jueza Forns, el Municipio se garantiza contar con los recursos suficientes para seguir prestando este servicio esencial para todos los vecinos y vecinas de Mor\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Municipio logr&oacute; una medida cautelar para volver a incluir en la factura de EDENOR el costo del alumbrado p&uacute;blico.
