El Municipio de Moreno actualiz\u00f3 la aplicaci\u00f3n de seguridad gratuita que permite notificar alertas desde un dispositivo m\u00f3vil y de forma directa al Centro de Monitoreo las 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Se trata de \u201cMoreno Alerta\u201d, que fue desarrollada por el gobierno municipal y ahora tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 disponible en IPhone. Para utilizarla, hay que descargarla en PlayStore o AppleStore seg\u00fan corresponda y crear una cuenta en simples pasos completando datos personales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La herramienta permite solicitar ayuda a la Polic\u00eda, SAME o bomberos. Mientras se tiene una alerta activa se reporta constantemente la ubicaci\u00f3n GPS del dispositivo, lo que permite a las y los operadores del Centro de Monitoreo hacer un rastreo en tiempo real y responder de inmediato a la situaci\u00f3n. En caso de urgencia, hay que apretar el bot\u00f3n de la alerta que corresponda y de inmediato se establece comunicaci\u00f3n con personal del Centro de Monitoreo municipal para recibir ayuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adem\u00e1s, se puede enviar audios de 10 segundos, mensajes de texto y fotos para brindar la mayor informaci\u00f3n posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con esta herramienta, se busca complementar los canales de atenci\u00f3n existentes, fortalecer el contacto entre las y los vecinos con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad municipal, y acortar el tiempo de respuesta en situaciones de emergencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
