Tras varias idas y vueltas, el presidente Javier Milei habr\u00eda definido nombrar a los jueces Ariel Lijo y Manuel Garc\u00eda-Mansilla por decreto para ampliar la composici\u00f3n del a Corte Suprema que hoy, luego de la salida del magistrado Juan Carlos Maqueda, qued\u00f3 conformado por tres integrantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Poder Ejecutivo tendr\u00eda listo la letra para designar a los jueces y eval\u00faa publicarlos en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 26 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Luego de que fracasara el intento oficialista por tratar el pliego de Lijo en la C\u00e1mara de Senadores, en el marco de las sesiones extraordinarias, y con l\u00edmite hasta el 1\u00b0 de marzo, el mandatario se inclina en avanzar con los nombramientos pese a no haber conseguido los dos tercios necesarios que respalden sus propuestas para engrosar el M\u00e1ximo Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
