Llega un nuevo espacio de formaci\u00f3n en Ciencias del Deporte y actividad f\u00edsica, con una capacitaci\u00f3n gratuita a cargo del reconocido entrenador y preparador f\u00edsico Horacio Anselmi. Ser\u00e1 el martes 2 de diciembre a las 18 horas, en el Polideportivo municipal Alberto Balestrini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La iniciativa, organizada por el Municipio de La Matanza a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Deportes y Recreaci\u00f3n, a cargo de Jorgelina Bertoni -ex Leona y campeona del mundo- requiere inscripci\u00f3n previa. La tem\u00e1tica ser\u00e1 la Preparaci\u00f3n F\u00edsica que propone espacios de encuentro de alto nivel para fomentar oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n, aplicaci\u00f3n y adquisici\u00f3n de conocimientos cient\u00edficos del campo deportivo. Esta capacitaci\u00f3n es gratuita y est\u00e1 destinada a entrenadoras y entrenadores, profesoras y profesores, deportistas y al p\u00fablico en general interesado, para mejorar sus entrenamientos y su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En esta oportunidad, la jornada de formaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 un Conversatorio que estar\u00e1 a cargo de Horacio Anselmi, reconocido y prestigioso analista t\u00e9cnico metodol\u00f3gico del Ente Nacional de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo (ENARD), Coordinador de preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica del Club Boca Juniors y docente universitario<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante el encuentro, se desarrollar\u00e1n temas como, el ordenamiento b\u00e1sico del entrenamiento de personas sedentarias; el entrenamiento para personas con obesidad y prevenci\u00f3n de lesiones. Se entregar\u00e1 certificaci\u00f3n de participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
