La acci\u00f3n legal se produce en el marco de la fuerte oposici\u00f3n sindical a la reforma, que modifica aspectos clave del r\u00e9gimen laboral, incluyendo indemnizaciones, derechos de huelga, convenios colectivos y condiciones de trabajo de prestadores independientes y empleados de plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
