El intendente de Ituzaing\u00f3, Pablo Descalzo, celebr\u00f3 la reapertura de la Unidad de Pronta Atenci\u00f3n Municipal (UPAM) \u201cVuelve un Viejo Amor\u201d, un establecimiento que combinar\u00e1 la atenci\u00f3n de una unidad sanitaria con la capacidad de un hospital de complejidad intermedia para recibir emergencias y coordinar derivaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El centro contar\u00e1 con guardias pedi\u00e1tricas y de adultos las 24 horas, todos los d\u00edas, y ofrecer\u00e1 servicios de farmacia, radiolog\u00eda, enfermer\u00eda, laboratorio, sala de observaci\u00f3n y shockroom, lo que permitir\u00e1 brindar una atenci\u00f3n integral para toda la comunidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El establecimiento, ubicado en la calle Brandsen, cuenta con 1500 metros cuadrados, y se proyecta con una est\u00e9tica que identifica a los edificios municipales, seg\u00fan las im\u00e1genes digitalizadas difundidas por la Municipalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La UPAM ser\u00e1 un intermedio entre una unidad sanitaria y un hospital de alta complejidad, pensado para atender emergencias, realizar derivaciones y ofrecer atenci\u00f3n inmediata sin necesidad de trasladarse a otro centro.<\/p>\n\n\n

El municipio destac\u00f3 que el centro prontamente comenzar\u00e1 a recibir a los vecinos y vecinas, fortaleciendo la atenci\u00f3n primaria, preventiva y de urgencias, en un espacio moderno y funcional que integra todos los servicios esenciales en un solo lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
