El Municipio de La Matanza abri\u00f3 la inscripci\u00f3n a una nueva edici\u00f3n de los Cursos de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos destinados a emprendedores y trabajadores del rubro gastron\u00f3mico del distrito. La propuesta se desarrollar\u00e1 durante mayo y ser\u00e1 gratuita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La capacitaci\u00f3n se realizar\u00e1 en conjunto con la Direcci\u00f3n de Bromatolog\u00eda y permitir\u00e1 a las y los participantes obtener o renovar el Carnet de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos, requisito necesario para la elaboraci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de productos alimenticios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante las jornadas se brindar\u00e1n contenidos vinculados a pr\u00e1cticas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria aplicadas a las distintas etapas de producci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los cursos se desarrollar\u00e1n en dos sedes municipales. La primera jornada ser\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 21 de mayo, de 10 a 13 horas, en la Regi\u00f3n Descentralizada Noroeste, ubicada en Av. Rivadavia 13.518, Ramos Mej\u00eda. La segunda tendr\u00e1 lugar el mi\u00e9rcoles 27 de mayo, en el mismo horario, en la Regi\u00f3n Descentralizada Sur, situada en Av. Juan Manuel de Rosas 17.798, Ruta 3 km 32, Gonz\u00e1lez Cat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
