El Municipio de Ituzaing\u00f3 llevar\u00e1 adelante un nuevo encuentro del Programa \u201cEducaci\u00f3n Diabetol\u00f3gica 2026\u201d, destinado a personas con diabetes, familiares y cuidadores. La actividad se realizar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 20 de julio, de 10 a 12 horas, en el Polideportivo La Torcaza (Brandsen y Pringles).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La propuesta forma parte de las acciones que impulsa la Secretar\u00eda de Salud para promover h\u00e1bitos saludables, brindar herramientas de autocuidado y acompa\u00f1ar a quienes conviven con esta enfermedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante este segundo m\u00f3dulo, profesionales de la salud abordar\u00e1n el automonitoreo gluc\u00e9mico, una pr\u00e1ctica fundamental para controlar los niveles de az\u00facar en sangre. Adem\u00e1s, compartir\u00e1n recomendaciones para realizar una correcta medici\u00f3n y evitar errores frecuentes que pueden afectar los resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Conocer los valores de glucemia permite tomar decisiones adecuadas en relaci\u00f3n con la alimentaci\u00f3n, la actividad f\u00edsica y el tratamiento m\u00e9dico, contribuyendo a un mejor control de la diabetes y a una mejor calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
