Hern\u00e1n Doval es el nuevo secretario general de los municipales de Argentina en la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Municipales. Suceder\u00e1 al dirigente Rub\u00e9n \u00abCholo\u00bb Garc\u00eda.
Este 3 de marzo se realizaron las elecciones de autoridades de la Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Municipales de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina (CTM) en la cual se realiz\u00f3 un trasvasamiento generacional y el hist\u00f3rico dirigente de los Municipales Ruben \u201cCholo\u201d Garc\u00eda propuso para ocupar su lugar de Secretario General a Hernan Doval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Doval es Licenciado en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas egresado de la UBA, y es el Secretario General del Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales de Avellaneda y Secretario Pol\u00edtico de la poderosa Federaci\u00f3n de Sindicatos de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, la FESIMUBO (Federaci\u00f3n de Sindicatos Municipales Bonaerenses), la cual conduce el propio Garc\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fue adem\u00e1s, durante su periodo de Diputado, el autor de la Ley 14656 de Paritarias Municipales. La CTM (Confederaci\u00f3n de Trabajadores Municipales de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina) tiene la representatividad legal de los trabajadores y trabajadoras municipales de los 2.311 municipios de la Argentina, con una estructura de m\u00e1s de 350 Sindicatos de Base y 12 Federaciones Provinciales que agrupan a m\u00e1s de 900.000 trabajadores municipales afiliados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
