El\u00edas Barrionuevo, acusado por el femicidio de Ruth Marful Castro, de 18 a\u00f1os, se neg\u00f3 a declarar este viernes ante la fiscal que investiga el crimen ocurrido en Ituzaing\u00f3. En paralelo, la Justicia dispuso la excarcelaci\u00f3n de los dos hombres que hab\u00edan sido aprehendidos por presunto encubrimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Barrionuevo, de 18 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 imputado por homicidio agravado por el v\u00ednculo en contexto de violencia de g\u00e9nero, delito que contempla como \u00fanica pena la prisi\u00f3n perpetua. Ante la fiscal Florencia Di Sciazio, titular de la UFI N.\u00ba 11 del Departamento Judicial de Mor\u00f3n, hizo uso de su derecho a no prestar declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El acusado hab\u00eda sido detenido en General Rodr\u00edguez, luego de permanecer pr\u00f3fugo tras el crimen de Ruth Castro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El hecho ocurri\u00f3 en una vivienda ubicada en Almagro al 2500, en Ituzaing\u00f3, donde se habr\u00eda producido una discusi\u00f3n. La joven fue trasladada al Hospital Bicentenario de Ituzaing\u00f3, pero los m\u00e9dicos constataron su fallecimiento. Su padre tambi\u00e9n debi\u00f3 ser asistido en el mismo centro de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En el marco de la investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n hab\u00edan sido detenidos H\u00e9ctor Nahuel Lobo y Carlos M\u00edguez, se\u00f1alados por haberle dado alojamiento a Barrionuevo durante su fuga. Sin embargo, la fiscal dispuso que ambos recuperaran la libertad, mientras contin\u00faa la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tras el crimen, adem\u00e1s, se conoci\u00f3 un video registrado por el propio Barrionuevo antes de su detenci\u00f3n. En las im\u00e1genes calific\u00f3 el hecho como algo \u201cimprevisto\u201d y sostuvo: \u201cNo la mat\u00e9, la amaba\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
