Temprano por la ma\u00f1ana, entre saludos y mensajes de aliento, el candidato a intendente de Uni\u00f3n por la Patria Dami\u00e1n Selci ejerci\u00f3 su deber ciudadano en la Escuela de Barrio Cartero, ubicado en la calle Gurruchaga al 2400. En declaraciones a la prensa, a la salida del acto eleccionario, Selci manifest\u00f3: \u201cTenemos la expectativa de que podamos construir un Hurlingham, una Provincia y un pa\u00eds mejor. Es importante que la gente ejerza su derecho ciudadano a elegir a sus representantes. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La campa\u00f1a de Selci se bas\u00f3 en propuestas concretas para los vecinos, como un Nuevo Sistema Integrado de Seguridad, la Ampliaci\u00f3n y Refuncionalizaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Salud local, un Polo Educativo Municipal y un Centro de Salud Mental para J\u00f3venes, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A su vez, Selci fue intendente de Hurlingham durante los 14 meses que Zabaleta se hab\u00eda ido al gabinete nacional como Ministro de Desarrollo Social.
